Progressive American cooking rooted in Sonoma County

Legendary Chef Charlie Palmer seamlessly blends his Progressive American style with the rich bounty of Sonoma County, along with the most expansive, exclusively Sonoma County wine list in the world. Here you’ll discover the freshest, hyper-seasonal ingredients that are grown and raised by farms up the road, and wines by vintners you visited earlier in the day. Choose from our three-course nightly dinner menu, indulge in Chef Shane’s ever-changing six-course tasting menu, or enjoy our celebrated Thursday night Sonoma Neighbor menu.                                     They accommodated us wanting to come in early and we wonderful through the whole meal. Matt was an excellent server. He listened, stressed that we weren’t in a rush, and did his best to make sure we felt like we were his only table, which we weren’t. I would come here again in a heartbeat.

                                    Eat here now for a perfect meal/dining experience. Top marks on all cylinders. Comfortably elegant setting, familiar yet modern dishes and ample, quality service. Memorable offerings were the Salmon Crispy Pie Tee, Scallops with citrus, and the chocolate peanut butter bar; delish!

                                    The food and service were excellent as always!!! The staff remember us when we come in even to the fact that I drink iced tea and brought a glass without being asked.

                                    Last year & this, our experience @ Dry Creek Kitchen was the highlight of our trip to Healdsburg (& the wine, of course). The ambiance is lovely, Chris and the whole staff are beyond compare, the corkage policy is extremely reasonable (especially if you bring a Sonoma wine!), not that one needs to bring wine, & the menu is flawlessly executed/everything is delicious — love that the $75 3-course dinner is not prix fixe. Rather, you get to choose from bountiful options in all 3 categories. And, if you’re like us, you have to add a canapé of crispy pork belly bites on biscuits w/maple glaze. Can’t wait until our return next year!
