We had an incredible time celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we came in they made every effort to make our night memorable and special. We cannot wait to come back again. On top of that the food was outstanding. Not a thing disappointed!!

Another fantastic meal and evening at E3! One of our favorite spots to dine every trip to Steamboat! Chef Brian always takes great care of us and is always so creative with his dishes. The staff is always amazing and for years has always provided excellent service.

Food was not very flavorful and not cooked as requested! We have frequented it many times before and the last couple of times not as it has been in the past! Expected better food for 600!

Truly one of the best steakhouses I’ve ever been to, and I have frequented quite a few all over! This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had hands down & the corn brûlée was amazing! Addy our server was on every request and very knowledgeable about the menu, Matthew was also amazing and very kind to us through lout our visit! Will definitely be back to eat here again when visiting in steamboat! Highly recommend eating here, you will not be disappointed!

First time here, usually go to Three Peaks when we’re in Steamboat, but they have closed their doors! 😢 We were in the first seating, only one other table occupied in the dining area, bar was going pretty well, and very noisy. My wife ordered a Filet med-rare, I ordered a NY med-rare, blackened. Our waitress, Melissa, comes back 10 min later saying they already sold their last NY strip!! Again we were in their first seating only one other table occupied?!?! So I selected a Filet, it was a nice steak, cooked great, but no seasoning whatsoever, sort of bland. The sides were great, we only ordered half orders of whipped potatoes and the Brussels, and still so much we left a 1/4 of each. Our waitress was extremely good! As much as we spent, I was just expecting more, and definitely wishing Three Peaks hadn’t closed!
