We took advantage of the mud season Saturday night prime rib special, one with Brussels sprouts and the other with the potato bake. Both were preceded by the crab cake appetizer, which was all crab, no filler. Everything was excellent, including service by Missy and all the other staff members. E3 is always one of our favorite dining destinations in Steamboat and we also applaud E3 for giving back to our veterans via their 10% give back program on every meal served.

Service and atmosphere were great. The food was pretty good to just ok. The filet was tender but tiny and expensive and not seasoned well. Too expensive for the size. The prices were too expensive for what you’re getting. We spent over $500 for 4 people (which included drinks) Felt the food for the price needs to be better.

E3 was delicious! Every staff member was kind, courteous and attentive. The view of the river was also great. Can’t wait to return!

The restaurant was pretty empty but we were seated next to a loud drunk couple. It was a terrible dinner because of that but the food and service was good.

We had an incredible time celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we came in they made every effort to make our night memorable and special. We cannot wait to come back again. On top of that the food was outstanding. Not a thing disappointed!!

Another fantastic meal and evening at E3! One of our favorite spots to dine every trip to Steamboat! Chef Brian always takes great care of us and is always so creative with his dishes. The staff is always amazing and for years has always provided excellent service.
