Welcome to Earls Banff, our location conveniently on Banff Avenue. Our two-story restaurant offers stunning mountain views through large windows, allowing you to immerse yourself in the breathtaking scenery while enjoying your dining experience. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a large bronze pig statue, adding a touch of Earls nostalgia to your visit.     Food was extremely dry and underwhelming. Used to love Earls years ago. Quality has gone down significantly. Would not recommend to anyone.

    We thought the service and food was good. However, we wanted to order items from the Happy Hour menu and we couldn’t, because we had made a reservation. Our host seated us upstairs, so we requested to be seated elsewhere. We appreciate that you accommodated us, but what’s the point of making a reservation if you are excluded from the Happy Hour?

We only offer the Happy Hour in our main level Lounge, which we do not take reservations for, we appreciate you joining us during the holiday season.

    Our server was a mess - he took our order and couldn’t figure out how to open the bottle of wine so took it to the bartender to pre-open it and even then he couldn’t figure it out. He poured a taste and never poured more - we had to. Then he came back to take our order a second time and realized he already had but didn’t put it in. He really struggled when we didn’t have hard orders to fill. Food was great but he was a mess.

    Really disappointed in the meal. Our server was attentive, the ambiance was to be expected for a family restaurant but the food was sub par at best. Steak had to be returned to the kitchen as it was cold and raw in the middle. Chicken sandwich - sourdough bread was overcooked and extremely hard to bite into. Both meals were just not Earl’s standard.

    This was by far one of our favorite meals while staying in Banff. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and our server Hash was so engaging. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and anyone else that is visiting the area. We would definitely come back if we’re lucky enough to visit the area again!

    Adam was our server and he was exceptional!! So attentive and making sure everything from beginning to end was perfect. The food is always great and love coming back. Will definitely ask for Adam’s section the next time we are there!!
