    Restaurant not busy. Waitress barely came by. Forgot multiple drinks. Forgot appetizers and brought them with main course. Food arrived cold. Saw waitress hanging out with staff in kitchen for long periods of time rather than walking the floor. I had to go to kitchen for a refill of wine for my wife. Didn’t take away plates and menus as she visited. Also thought some type of considerations should have been offered because appetizers didn’t come early. Had same waitress in past with similar results. Same experience. Gave benefit of doubt the first time because we all have off days but this wasn’t a fluke.

    Credit to our hostess Jess, who has some of us seated early and then went to find our server since we were waiting for a bit at the table; Jess also brought us waters which was not her job. Evidently that she paid attention to the notes in our reservation request, seating us in a side alcove and booth. Much appreciated, Jess. Our server Abbey was efficient and the drinks and the appetizers then the meal followed by dessert and then coffee/tea was at the table in succession. Would recommend.

    I didn’t like that all the food didn’t come out at once. It Ruins the mood when everyone has their food but one person. Other than that it was nice touch with the birthday card and birthday sign. Thanks.

    Sunday brunch for 3 adults. Coffee was good with refills as needed. Eggs Benedict, although ordered as soft, were brought to the table as medium (yolk more solid than runny). The Prawns which came with the Eggs Bene were not cooked and thus imparted coolness to the dish as they were positioned on the bread under the Eggs. We would have preferred them to be sautéed. Attentive service although the restaurant was indeed quiet. Best part of the experience was the $4.00 off each of our our main courses as items were ordered before noon (happy hour!).

    Used to frequent Earls when it wasn’t pretending to be an upscale restaurant. The service was very good and friendly but that is where the good experience ends. Ordered 2 appetizers and a salad to share. No alcohol and the bill was $97.00. The appetizers were small and salty. Salad was good but nowhere near worth $28. Only reason I don’t complain to the restaurant is that we used a gift card to pay for most of the meal. Will not be back.

    Our servers were freaking awesome! Such a good vibe and the drinks are always delicious. White sangrias and aperol spritz towers were popular for our table along side some happy hour eats.
