    pretentious, I booked a week ahead for New Year’s Eve for early dinner they tried to swindle my party for 90 min dinner when I already accepted the terms of 2 hour seating , also they pretended I had no reservation when they saw I bought kids … I saw through their attitude, I was just trying to enjoy a meal out with my family

    The beef dip wasn’t anything special and I expected special with the Earl’s menu. Also, the sticky toffee pudding tasted like chocolate cake so instead of sticky toffee pudding which was very disappointing. The food at Earl’s at Mapleview is much superior.

    It was an amazing night and the food and service was great. My wife’s steak was a little dry but their Customer Satisfaction person made it right and that was appreciated. We will go back again.

    Great food and served quickly! Our server was personable and attentive. We have been to other Earls locations but this is our favourite.

    There was background music playing but the volume was too high to enjoy a conversation. The food was great. Our server seemed overloaded, likely due to the number of guests.

    We had a very tasty family dinner. On e of the best steaks in awhile. Us buy was very helpful helping retrieve a lost jacket but wait staff was slow to return to check on drink status and the bill. Overall a great dinner with room for improvement on service. Would go again

    Great service from Jeryl. Liat was also very helpful. delicious food. Had a great evening with my hubby, will be back next time we are in Toronto. PS - a vegan desert would be a great addition to the menu!

    Overall, good experience. Took 5+ min to seat us, even though we had a reservation and tons of tables were full. Not a huge inconvenience but seems like this is unnecessary, especially if we have a reso. Waitress was super good at her job and very friendly (Tash, I think). Beer was definitely watered down. Sliders tasted decent but we're basically deli meat on grocery store buns. Not worth 20$. Chicken salad looked really good, and worth the value. Place was a bit noisier than I would have liked. I would go back for the ambience and service, but not for the food.

    Food is normal. Medium well steak is cold. Service is not good. We don’t even finish the food, and waitress wants us to leave.
