    Horrible service. Appetizers and Entrees were brought out at the same time even when specified if we could have the appetizers first. The pizza was soggy and floppy. And was given the wrong drink twice. Burgers were good though.

    Earl’s was great as far as variety of dishes to choose from! Good prices but music was far too loud for us who are retired & need quieter atmosphere. IF music was lowered - we wd return,

    The food was excellent and we had a lovely table in an area that was not too busy. Very comfortable seating and the food was very fresh and tasty.

    We had a very enjoyable lunch with good eats! The chicken wings were a little dry but that’s my only critique.

    sirloin steak, garlic mashed potatoes, great meal, however it was too salty. too salty is an understatement. TOO SALTY. everything was laced with SALT. The waiter offered 3 choices of sauce for my steak ... I asked him how much the sauce was. he said it came with the meal. I said I do not want it unless it is free. he said no charge. Guess what? he charged me $4 for the sauce. the waiter obviously is dishonest and was up-selling clients. Oh ... and did I tell you it was TOO SALTY?

    We were there for a work lunch. Service took a bit long to get our meals out and so we were there longer than intended but the food and atmosphere were great. The server herself was professional and friendly. Not sure why it took almost 45 minutes to get our food out.

    Great spot for a work lunch! Sheldon our server was great read the room well and knew how to serve us while we had a group business meeting. Pizzas are amazing although heavy if you’re going back to work after. Can never go wrong with the salads and sushi.

    This location was nothing short of amazing! Great quality food and excellent service. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back soon :)

    I enjoyed a lovely pre-symphony dinner with a friend, and the experience was enhanced by the excellent service. Our server, Niki, was attentive and professional, while Mikayla at the front desk was warm and clearly dedicated to her role. The Cobb salad was outstanding, a solid 5/5, and while the chicken Alfredo was good, it could have used a bit more seasoning, earning it a 4/5. Despite a brief 10-minute wait beyond our reservation time, it was perfectly reasonable given the bustling downtown atmosphere.
