    Reserved a table in the lounge but got seated first off in the dining room right next to the kitchen and staff walkway which I was specifically trying to avoid. They did move us in a little bit but I was disappointed not to get at least in the area we had requested. Food was good as was the service but it was very loud in there despite being early in NYE

    We had the new years special menu and tried some new dishes and loved every one. Portions were good and all the food was perfectly cooked and delicious. Our server (although really busy) was great. This is my preferred Earls and will definitely come back some time soon

    We had a wonderful lunch, food was fantastic as usual. My mother and I regularly go to Earls for lunch. We always request to sit in Amanda’s section as she is always kind, efficient and welcoming. We feel like family. Thank you Amanda !! Happy New Year.

    Waited over half hour for first drinks and even a server greeting us. Even over heard service staff talking about who's table that was.

    Group of 7 women, late 40s. High school reunion. Great service from Zack and another thought at times it did take awhile to get drinks and come back with bill. Truffle fries, calamari and spinach dip good started. Had a uri which was nice. Would come back again. Great space and atmosphere. Inviting, modern yet cozy. nice for a chain restaurant. Special winter margarita was delicious and pretty. Also had my staple vodka dirty martini

    Came in for my mom’s birthday brunch and everything was amazing. Sophia really made the experience so special for her and Brianna ate it up as our server. The vibes were immaculate and couldn’t have asked for a better birthday brunch.

    It’s always a great experience whenever we come to this location. Love the smell or fragrance used in the washroom. Service is always excellent and the steak is way better than Cactus Club to be honest.
