   I found service was lacking. Our waiter disappeared and I had to ask 2 other people for the bill to pay. I was shocked tea was $5 and a glass of pop full of ice. Food was good , but sliders were not worth it for the small amount of meat on it. The slice of cheesecake for $17 not worth it either.

   Earls is a consistent and great venue but this time around drinks were not correct and waitress did not even ask if we needed anything. Service lacked typical standards for Earls.

   Fabulous service with friendly staff who made great suggestions and recommendations. Food was delicious with drinks serve cold, and the entrées coming steaming hot.! Absolutely perfect! Earls has a menu that suits any taste and the freshness is top-notch Great open and Aries surroundings at the Sherway location. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back again

   Was greeted by a hostess who very obviously rolled her eyes at another customer. Our server got our order wrong and brought appetizers and mains all together. We mentioned it to her and got a quick apology and then we were ignored for the rest of our meal. We needed extra cutlery and more water and couldn’t get anyone to our table. We finished our meals and waited 15 minutes before anyone noticed to clean our plates. They cleared one plate and didn’t come back again. It wasn’t until we flagged down our server to ask for a bill that they then took another plate. All around poor service. Food was good. But the service needs improvement.

   Earls is typically my go to place for dinner with friends. Server although new, was attentive. Service was fast. Meal and drinks amazing. Highly recommended Earls.

    We were being served by multiple people so orders were going wrong. Wrong items on bill. Food was plain Jane. Never got our steaks. Dirty martinis were sweet.
