   Generally all went well. There was some contusion regrading our order that turned me off. I believe that there may have been some assumptions made about what we ordered based on our perceived ability to pay. Sad but true. We have not had an experience like this at Earls in the past so will try again. Wish us luck.

   Food was good—with the exception of my chicken in the Santa Fe chicken salad being too dry. Table service was terrific from Claire—she was the right amount of attentive and helpful. My issue was with the service at the host desk. I booked a reservation for 6:30 pm. My party of 3 arrived at 6:25 pm. We were told it would just be a minute. After 10 min of waiting, I checked in with the host stand only to be told they were clearing tables and it would just be a few more minutes. Another 10 min later, I checked with the host stand and again told it would be a few more minutes. We were not seated for our 6:30 reservation until. 6:50 or 6:55. Our wait for a table was unacceptable given we had made a reservation.

   I found service was lacking. Our waiter disappeared and I had to ask 2 other people for the bill to pay. I was shocked tea was $5 and a glass of pop full of ice. Food was good , but sliders were not worth it for the small amount of meat on it. The slice of cheesecake for $17 not worth it either.

   Love, love, love Earl's! The food is tasty, ambience lively yet comfy and they have stayed consistent with their service. The last two times that I have been to Earl's for birthday celebrations Austin took care of us and he was amazing! He goes over and above with a smile on his face! I look forward to my next visit!

   Earls is a consistent and great venue but this time around drinks were not correct and waitress did not even ask if we needed anything. Service lacked typical standards for Earls.

   Fabulous service with friendly staff who made great suggestions and recommendations. Food was delicious with drinks serve cold, and the entrées coming steaming hot.! Absolutely perfect! Earls has a menu that suits any taste and the freshness is top-notch Great open and Aries surroundings at the Sherway location. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back again

   Was greeted by a hostess who very obviously rolled her eyes at another customer. Our server got our order wrong and brought appetizers and mains all together. We mentioned it to her and got a quick apology and then we were ignored for the rest of our meal. We needed extra cutlery and more water and couldn’t get anyone to our table. We finished our meals and waited 15 minutes before anyone noticed to clean our plates. They cleared one plate and didn’t come back again. It wasn’t until we flagged down our server to ask for a bill that they then took another plate. All around poor service. Food was good. But the service needs improvement.

    Earls is typically my go to place for dinner with friends. Server although new, was attentive. Service was fast. Meal and drinks amazing. Highly recommended Earls.
