    Earls is meh. It’s low rent high price. Prices don’t justify the portions. Wait staff that want to talk to friends over serving customers

    Order a steak medium rare. Got the first one well done the second one they brought me was medium well done. Mashed potatoes were gross. Overall such a disappointment. I didn’t have to pay for my steaks and they gave me a dessert but even the dessert wasn’t good.

    We had a reservation at Earls after our maternity shoot. Ordinarily I love eating at Earls, but last night was so disappointing. I have allergies, and their gluten free fryer was down, so I was going to have the Salmon, seasonal vegetable + rice. However, their seasonal vegetables come pre seasoned, and so I couldn’t have them. Their in option was lettuce + radish, which plain lettuce + radish is not appetizing, nor worth the price when you’re hoping for roasted veggies. After a long day, I just wanted to cry. The portion was less than stellar, and left feeling so hungry. It took over an hour before we got our food, and our server never came to check in. This is not usually my experience, but last night the server cared more about the tables of more than 2 people - fair when you’re working for a tip, but we were so disappointed with our meals + the service.

    Enjoyed our business lunch, seated at the booth in the lounge that we requested on our reservation. Server was properly attentive and the food was excellent.

    They did not have the table as requested. We had to be split up and far apart. One of our tables didn’t get food for a very very long time while the other table had eaten and finished before we even received our food at the other table. It took a very long time sorting out separate bills. Not impressed with the restaurant especially for the price. Plus side… the winter sangria was delicious..

    Our waiter only took our order and basically ignored us after that. Someone refilled our drinks once and brought us our food but other than that nobody came to us even though we tried waving them over when they finally looked our direction

    We arrived for our reservation when the restaurant opened at 1139am and The background music was so loud it made conversation difficult at our table. The biggest problem though was the service. We sat at the table without acknowledgment for 10-15 minutes. Then ordered drinks that took another 15 or so. Someone other than our server delivered the drinks to us. Our server finally came back about 20 minutes later to take our order. It took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. We had bacon cheddar burgers, chicken sandwich & spinach dip which were all tasty. The Fries however were not hot and the pizza was tasteless and covered in flour on the bottom. After we had finished we sat for another 20-30 minutes and had to ask someone else for our bill as our server only came back once to drop off a box for the leftover pizza. As I’ve felt in the past, Earlsi is overrated. We were there for a birthday though and that was the pick so it is what it is but I am definitely not rushing back.
