    Our food was served 1.5 hours we arrived. We were a table of 7 and our meals came at all different times (some were done their dinner before others got their meal). Our orders weren’t sent to the kitchen. It was a busy night, Our server didn’t check back with us, we sat with no drinks. The manager did apologize and offered us fries and salad to tie us over until our dinner arrived, we had to ask for some type of compensation for the poor service and food not arriving, she ended up compensating all of our meals which was the right thing to do. Need to be better staffed. Will not return to this location

    Understaffed on wednesday night. Server was sweet but her section was too big we were looking for her all the time. Didn't see any value

    Love going to Earls! However, did have to wait longer than usual to get the food although it was not crowded. Overall a great experience and the noise levels are quite balanced.

    Had such a lovely happy hour lunch with the girlies. I introduced them to the happy hour wagyu oshi press and they absolutely loved it! 10/10 recommend the red sangria

    Arrived on time for the reservation however had to wait more than 10 minutes for table. The reason we were told is that we had requested a high top and the previous guests had just left so they were clearing/setting up the table. We could see the dirty table they referenced from the hostess stand. It had been that since we arrived. After asking 'how much longer' they began the cleanup process. HOWEVER, when we were finally seated, they placed us at a different high top. One that had been empty and set up the entire time!! Once seated our server abruptly came to the table, no introduction, no courtesy, just wanted the order and left. We never saw him again. As for the food, the Ahi Tuna Tatayki was good, a little too much ponzu and the mushrooms didn't serve any purpose, but overall good. Chicken lettuce wraps were also good but overpriced imo for the amount of chicken. Overall not a bad experience but not a good one either..very average

    Great time as always. But what made this visit worthy of 5 stars was Denval, the manager. He made our visit super enjoyable and ensured we were taken care of. If you want to experience phenomenal customer service, always look out for Denval.
