There was no proper seating for disabled/ larger people. The booths were way too small my family did not fit. The food was way too rushed. Couldn’t finish salad and food was pout but we had too wait for everyone’s food. So some raps were already cold.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The service was amazing, our waitress was so warm welcoming and joyful. As we know Christmas time is so busy and can be overwhelming this lady was outstanding and we are so grateful and appreciative! All our experiences at east sides Guelph are amazing and exceed our expectations!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Made a reservation, showed up and still had to wait 15mins for a table. My 2 kids (ages 8 and 6) and my short wife (5 foot 1) were then being brought to a table with tall chairs, despite there being 2 booths available. Upon requesting a booth instead, the hostess did seat us at one, but as you will see... it seems like this was maybe an inconvenience for the staff. Food was "fine". My pasta came and the temp was only room temperature - not even any steam coming off of it. Floors throughout the restaurant are sticky, especially the washrooms. Menus are sticky and filthy with sauce stains all over them. They are NEVER wiped down, never mind CLEANED properly. Quite gross to be honest. Overall, cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff needs ALLOT of work. Only got offered a refill of my salad after my meal was already done, and even when I said I wanted a refill of the salad it didn't come until our bill did when our waitress realized she forgot - she made up for it by giving me 2 salads to go - which was nice enough - but I would have preferred having the salad with my meal as intended. We also did not get any refills of the bread. "All you can eat" bread and soup/salad should mean the table gets checked in on regularly - this did not happen - only time we were checked on was when our entre plates were empty. Disappointing to say the least. Won't be back.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
