The service was amazing, our waitress was so warm welcoming and joyful. As we know Christmas time is so busy and can be overwhelming this lady was outstanding and we are so grateful and appreciative! All our experiences at east sides Guelph are amazing and exceed our expectations!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Made a reservation, showed up and still had to wait 15mins for a table. My 2 kids (ages 8 and 6) and my short wife (5 foot 1) were then being brought to a table with tall chairs, despite there being 2 booths available. Upon requesting a booth instead, the hostess did seat us at one, but as you will see... it seems like this was maybe an inconvenience for the staff. Food was "fine". My pasta came and the temp was only room temperature - not even any steam coming off of it. Floors throughout the restaurant are sticky, especially the washrooms. Menus are sticky and filthy with sauce stains all over them. They are NEVER wiped down, never mind CLEANED properly. Quite gross to be honest. Overall, cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff needs ALLOT of work. Only got offered a refill of my salad after my meal was already done, and even when I said I wanted a refill of the salad it didn't come until our bill did when our waitress realized she forgot - she made up for it by giving me 2 salads to go - which was nice enough - but I would have preferred having the salad with my meal as intended. We also did not get any refills of the bread. "All you can eat" bread and soup/salad should mean the table gets checked in on regularly - this did not happen - only time we were checked on was when our entre plates were empty. Disappointing to say the least. Won't be back.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Was a busy day for the restaurant but, since we had reserved our seats, we were seated right away. The staff was pleasant. The food came out at a good pace and hot. The overall experience was very good.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Any time we have gone to Eastside Mario's, right away we get bread and our drinks. Today we ordered our drinks, got our drinks and then the server came back twice to take our order (first time we were not ready). But the first time we ordered an app and kids meals. Our soup and salad came and we then had to ask for our loaves of bread. She came back way too often. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing but annoying. We then had to ask for our kids desserts at the end. We could have stayed an extra 5 minutes if our kids got dessert and we could have enjoyed our food better. Not the end of the world. But most times we go, we get extra bread to take home and extra salad. Maybe because we had kids? Maybe because we had better people before? I don't know.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The server forgot my daughter soup didn’t bring it until they brought her food. Several of us had pasta that wasn’t warm. We asked for extra sauce for my sister and it took close to 10 minutes to get it.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
