   Poor service and under staffed. 3 of 4 meals were not prepared properly or served at same time. My family was not Impressed at all. I will not recommend this location.

   We go every month or two and today's meal was just ok compared to other trips. Portions were smaller and not as saucy as usual. Caesar salad came out in a dessert bowl. Must have just been busy.

   Very kind waitress who did her best to juggle the many tables she was serving. Yummy pasta and flatbread! No issues!

   Salad was barely dressed croutons soggy had to ask several times for plates, cutlery and napkins Had to wait for refills on drinks Meatballs were very bland

   We always enjoy bringing our grandchildren here for dinner. Our server Lauren did a great job and the food was great as always.

   Emily is always a great server. Food never fails. Only disappointment is their loaf isn't as garlicky as I'd like and the butter doesn't taste like real butter. But I still love the place. Great value.

   Not the best experience for East Side. Food was mediocre, not hot. East side in Guelph was better.

   The food was fresh and tasted delicious. It was pretty loud in the restaurant, I’ve been there before and that’s to be expected. Our server (I don’t remember her name) would only stand at one end if the table so it was hard to hear her and order. She only really checked up on us a couple times so it was hard to get refills and extra things like that. Besides that it was a pleasant experience

    Booked a reservation and had to wait for 25 minutes for a table. By the time we got our table, we were rushed because the kitchen was closing soon. Reservation was also made purposely for a birthday, but no birthday celebrations were done.
