We ordered the featured 2 course meal for that night, but it was not what we expected. We've been there before and the food was good and the servers are nice but this time its not. We didnt even finish our food.

Cold and drafty. food overpriced. pasta good but not as expected. food wasn’t hot (bowl was) and light on sauce

We typically love dining at your restaurant, but today, the service was terrible, and the food was lacklustre, which is not what we have come to enjoy at EATALY. Not sure we will be back to the Don Mills location.

We celebrated an important event at Eataly. Everything was perfect - from our warm, friendly and extremely helpful server ... to the tasty food and wine ... to the sophisticated setting. It was an evening to remember!

Sarah, our server was fan-tabulous. All her recommendations were spectacular. I had the lasagna, Lambrusco spritz to drink, and focaccia. Absolutely amazing.

My entrée came before my appetizer, they took it back and then brought me my cold, dry fish that had just been sitting there. Green salad lacked flavour and was just like a bag of lettuce in a bowl for $17.00. The dishes were not being cleaned up in time by the servers, so we sat there with dirty dishes while we were drinking our coffee and dessert.

Service and food was very good the problem was the kitchen. There was six of us and the food was not presented at the same time there was a ten minute delay in two of the apps. The main course was the same most of us had almost finished before the last entree was delivered to the table. They were also very slow in clearing dirty dishes. We have visited other Eataly establishments And the overall experience was a lot better.

Been to many Eatalys both in Toronto and in the USA (Boston NYC and vegas) and this one I found the most bland, barely any meat options with pastas (all pretty plain) and the least impressive. Also did not have various wine bottles The server was slow and barely around when needed; took forever to show up.
