    My friend and I had a wonderful lunch at Eataly today! Our server David L. was wonderful! He was attentive, witty, and respectful! Food arrived to our table quickly and hot! It was fantastic! We will be back!

    Food was good but disappointed they replaced the spaghetti with buccatini in the caccio e peppe. Very friendly and outgoing server.

    Was good but service would be better if we have servers constantly stationed in our area. Also pizza was good but almost half cold when it arrived

    The lady at the checkin desk was rude. The waitress was rude. The first two items on the menu we asked for wasn’t available. Every experience now we’ve had at Sherway Gardens eataly has been poor, we keep saying we will try one more time and it is terrible. Never again! Downtown toronto, Dubai - both fantastic. Unfortunately not the same experience at Sherway.

    Overly salted, mediocre food - won’t be back . Noisy, mid level service and just not worth it .

    I have been many times and really enjoy the food and ambience. The only thing is the service is slow likely because it was so busy. But one of the manger came over and apologized and took out drink and appetizer order. Still give it 4 stars overall. A must try!!
