Fantastic dining experience with chef EBBE. I tried the juice course pairing and was so surprised how well each tea/juice drink matched each course. Incredible! Chef Ebbe has a very focused vision that shines through each course. The food is light and balanced with lots of interesting combinations that stimulate the palate as well as other senses- beautiful aromas and presentations. We told Chef we are definitely coming back soon!

Tampa’s restaurant scene has grown a lot over the years. To have Michelin-rated restaurants is exciting. The food was delicious and beautiful, service excellent. Not a fan of the seating arrangement around a giant bar, would have preferred something more intimate versus communal. Wine pairing was out of this world fantastic. Overpriced for what it was, however.

Date night with my birthday man ❤️🥂 ❤️ Celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday in this intimate, a bit mysterious, and effortlessly cool restaurant. With only six lucky parties dining, the evening was a culinary mouthwatering journey from stunning appetizers to Scandinavian-inspired dishes that were pure art (even the fresh bread rolls were heavenly!). A relaxed, refined vibe with outstanding service & background music made it feel so special yet so comfortable. Great night! #ebbe #bestbeurreblancsauce

They charge a lot for no real reason, they try to gouge you on drinks. Not sure how it got a Michelin star

I recently dined at Ebbe to celebrate my anniversary and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The ambiance is cozy and modern, and it feels both welcoming and chic. The staff were incredibly friendly , offering prompt service and genuine smiles throughout the evening. The chef is extremely attentive. Overall, Ebbe offers a fantastic dining experience, perfect for a special occasion. I’ll definitely be returning.

Chef Ebbe provided us with one of the most authentic culinary experiences we have ever had! His passion is evident and his knowledge of gastronomy is unmatched! They should have easily been a 2 star facility!

Very quiet and intimate setting where the food quality is amazing and the chef himself is the one serving you each course and pairing your wine with each meal PERFECTLY! Very informative and presentation of the meals was just as good!
