I chose Echo & Rig to celebrate New Year's Eve with my two daughters and a friend. The food was excellent and the server was very friendly and gave great recommendations. I had the Sea Bass it was very favorable and cooked just right. Everyone else had steak which they enjoyed it was cooked the way they wanted. We ordered three sides garlic mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts and the broccolini which was plenty for the four of us. My daughter thought the ambiance was very bright, compared to a lot of restaurants where the lighting is very low, which I preferred. She thought the light decor was very chic. Dining at Echo & Rig was a nice way to start our New Year's Eve celebration.

Great food as usual. Laura is a wonderful server, not only efficient but such a great personality. Candace is so sweet and very attentive. The girls at the front are so nice as well.

Poor experience. VERY VERY Noisey atmosphere. The waiter had a difficult time hearing our dinner order and we had a hard time hearing his questions or suggestions. Steaks were under cooked but tender. Side dishes mediocre; certainly not a restaurant to invite family, friends or business partners to converse or share ideas. It felt more like a busy cafeteria setting as opposed to a casual dinner restaurant. I will not recommend this to anyone

Good, not great or imaginative. Would try again if convenient but would not be anticiplatorily excited about a reservation

From the time we walked in we were treated like royalty. Juan our waiter was great as were his servers. I had the hanger steak and it was excellent! Seasoned well and cooked perfectly. My husband had the rib eye, but said it was pretty fatty. I was surprised as he loves the fat on a steak. I had the Caesar salad and it was a bit difficult to eat as the lettuce was uncut, plus the dressing was thin on some places and thicker on others. The dessert menu left us flat with nothing chocolatey or gooey. But the noise! OMG! It was awful! We love fine dining but we won’t go back because of the noise.

Great first experience!! Our waitress was very attentive she knew the menu well and was overall helpful. The drinks were nice and strong and the food was top tier

Food was great. Service, not so much. Hostess was not very attentive, neglected to greet us when we walked in (we had a 4 o’clock reservation, not busy, despite three of them standing at the hostess stand, we weren’t acknowledged when we walked in), requested two different tables and were told no despite them being available and our reservation requesting them. One of the hostesses did come back after we were seated and offered to move us which we accepted and moved. Food runners brought the food to the table and four different requests were made when food was dropped off (more bread, cold soup, a fork, and additional toppings) and none of the requests were fulfilled. I ate the soup cold, the server brought the bread and fork, and no additional toppings for dessert. When our meals were ordered, I requested a glass of Pinot noir with my steak. Server forgot and we were 3/4 of the way done with our meals before he checked on us and I received the wine. If more attention was paid my review would’ve been higher, but I accept better service when spending $400-500 on a meal.

We had family in town. It was our daughter‘s fifth birthday so we decided to go out for a nice dinner. Our server was amazing. The steaks top notch definitely one of the top steakhouses in town.
