- 外燴A butcher before a steakhouse, we use every part of the animal making everything from custom cut steaks, creative sausages, headcheese, and bone broth. We care about every animal - how it lived, what it ate, and how it was cared for. Our nose-to-tail approach allows diners to indulge in the best cuts of meat for incredibly approachable prices. We offer a robust menu of entrees, steaks, vegetables, and sides.

Situated on the bustling J Street corridor, we proudly share courtyard space with the Golden 1 Center. Originally opened in Las Vegas, Echo & Rig is touted as “The Best Group Dining Experience in Las Vegas”. We are truly a cut above the rest and a top choice for corporate and social entertaining. We have a versatile space: a private dining room with audio/visual capability, an outdoor patio, and an outdoor bar available for rent; we provide in-house food and bar service; and production and styling options. Our central downtown Sacramento location makes it an accessible and practical space for Sacramento business meetings, happy hours, and holiday parties. We are less than a half mile away from the 7th and I County Center Light Rail Station and blocks away from numerous transit lines.

- Parking detailsWe recommend that you park in the DOCO Garage located underneath the Sawyer Hotel. Validation for self-parking in all DOCO garages is good for the first 2 hours of parking at no charge. Valet parking is also available at the Sawyer Hotel Main entrance. Validation for valet services is good for up to 2 hours of parking at a rate of $10.
