Quality, exceptional service, and an unparalleled atmosphere have made Eddie Merlot's one of America's great steak houses over the past 20 years. Eddie Merlot' s is an homage to the man and his love of a great steak, a great glass of wine, and a good story.
We pride ourselves on our Prime Aged Beef and scratch kitchen. Our chef selects each steak for the optimum proportion of marbling and texture before hand-cutting and seasoning the steaks to your specifications. From sauces to desserts, we develop recipes to create a truly unique experience for our guests. And, while you enjoy your meal, you'll be treated to the one-of-a-kind service we call the "W.O.W. Factor."

very disappointing New Years experience. They advertised a festive atmosphere, music and a midnight toast...none of that happened. food was good

We waited 15mins to be greeted upon seating, every meal was brought out without silverware to eat it with, one of the servers had his book on his back under his belt - so unhygienic! Food overall was good, with perfect temperature for the meat!

We dined here on New Year’s Eve and had a great time! All of our food and drinks were excellent and satisfying. There are very few places where you can still get quality service and this place did a fantastic job. Philip was our server and he tended to all of our needs and requests in a delightful manner. Excellent NYE dinner! Everything we ordered was delicious and perfectly prepared and our waiter was attentive and fun! Highly recommend the crab and corn soup! We’ll be back!

The place was beautiful, and the staff acknowledged you the moment you stepped into the restaurant. Our server was great, and the food was even better. It wasn't that busy and our food and drinks came quickly. That bourbon prime ribeye is mouth watering. Highly recommend!

Food was amazing. We have dined there multiple times. Our service was subpar at best. Multiple issues with drinks and our order. It was the first time that has ever happened. Was upset as we had brought friends for dinner and I have raved about the restaurant. Food was outstanding as usual.
