We pride ourselves on our Prime Aged Beef and scratch kitchen. Our chef selects each steak for the optimum proportion of marbling and texture before hand-cutting and seasoning the steaks to your specifications. From sauces to desserts, we develop recipes to create a truly unique experience for our guests. And, while you enjoy your meal, you'll be treated to the one-of-a-kind service we call the "W.O.W. Factor."

We’ll be open from 11am-8pm and serving a special, three-course, turkey dinner with all the trimmings for $49 per person ($24 for children). My husband and I celebrated my birthday and if you're searching for an exceptional dining experience where the best of both steak and seafood are brought to life with precision and flair, look no further than Eddie Merlot's! The ambiance was warm and inviting, soft lighting, comfortable seating with a perfect balance of elegance and casual sophistication. We had the $199 promo and shared a 32 oz steak, cooked to perfection, beautifully charred on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside ,king crab legs and nice bottle of pinot noir. Our waitress Bri was a gem and provided above excellent service. The executive chef even made rounds and introduced himself and was super nice. To top it off they gave me a HUGE piece of delicious carrot cake for dessert on the house. We will definitely be going back.

Lisa was our knowledgeable server. Everything was correctly made and promptly delivered. The only issue was a wilted Wedge salad one of our party was served, which was taken off the bill without our even asking.

Had the best time and excellent meal at Eddie Merlot's! Jorge was a wonderful server. The burger and onion rings were perfect. The live music by Ross was what really made the night a hit! Will definitely be back!
