The food was absolutely amazing. We started with the Wagyu meatballs and I am a very picky eater but loved them! Salads were all fresh and steaks were cooked to perfection! For Christmas Day the place was buzzing so it was very loud. We were sat near the kitchen where trays of plates were dropped multiple times and it was quite noisy. Our waiter was an older gentleman who only took orders but had helpers do all of the work. I don’t really care for this model and he was not very attentive. Ultimately the food was worth the visit and we will go back.

Christmas Eve dinner at Eddie’s is a tradition. Unfortunately, this year Service was not good. The restaurant seemed understaffed. It took 30 minutes to get bread and 35 minutes before we got our cocktails. Food was good but my steak was not cooked to my liking. I didn’t send it back due to the slow service.

We typically do Christmas Eve Dinner here. Our waitress was nice, but I think they were understaffed as she didn’t get back with us a frequently as normal. The steaks were ok, not as good as they have been in the past. The sides were fine. We were seated in the area next to where people enter and head towards the bar…this is not sealed off so people were peering in looking at the diners. Normally EM turns people away on a night like this with no reservations - seemed like they were going to get everyone in vs servicing those of us that made a reservation. At the end when we got our check, no mints like you normally get…again, just not the level of service we are used to getting here.

Unfortunately the fireplace we sat next to was broken and it was quite cold in the room. Our plates and silverware were chilled. You would think for Christmas Eve you would have repaired it.

Food and service was amazing!!! We didn’t care for the room we were out in tho. We felt separated from the main restaurant. They was no music in the room either. Overall had a great evening tho.

Courtney was our waitress. She was very good. We will request her on our next visit. The food was excellent as usual. The resturant was packed. We both our rewards members and made a reservation several days ahead of time requesting a table in the bar area next to the fireplace. Patron were camping out so we had to sit in the room south of the bar. It was cozy and very quiet. Nice location.
