Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Our server, Heather, was outstanding!…..pleasant,attentive, and did not rush us on a busy night like thanksgiving! Our meal was great…..my wife had the Chilean sea bass and I had the filet…..both cooked perfectly! Great thanksgiving….thank you!

An absolutely wonderful experience. It's obvious everyone who works there, from the hostesses and waitstaff to the chefs and general manager, take pride in what they do and want customers to have an extraordinary meal. They are succeeding at that for sure!

Thanksgiving dinner was excellent. Darian was our waiter and he was very attentive. The music was wonderful and we will be back for New Year’s Eve.

We had a wonderful dinner with the lovely Ashley and Andre. The Thanksgiving special was delicious along with the perfectly cooked filet, crab fried rice and cheddar potatoes. The pumpkin pie tart was Amazing!!

I have never been to an upscale restaurant to wait 25 minutes to get a cocktail in a dining room. (My husband arrived 15 minutes after me so I ordered our cocktails at that time)is season in Boca Raton, FL hire an extra bartender for the dining room area. I think the prices are very outrageous. And also waiting a long time for our appetizers and main course. The server did his best. They also gave us a free dessert for our 8th anniversary which was very hospitable of them. We probably will not be back.

Although I had a delayed morning, I planned to treat myself to Eddie V’s. Truthfully speaking I only had 40min to myself before I turn on mommy mode. Yes I did wear my baby doll heels and sat at bar to enjoy happy hour: bourbon, steak tataki, and lobster tempura. Fraser served me and another bartender my apologies I forgot his name, were ever so welcoming. Happy hour picked up pretty fast and although Fraser was stuck in the weeds his time management and multitask in fast pace situation was up to par. My husband is very happy that I finally was able to just once just give myself that time to enjoy without no complaints. I did not order food, I paid for haute cuisine with an experience. Fraser’s co worker (forgot his name) explained he will set up for me and presentation felt so complete. My cuisine was placed on the white napkin and my 1st bite was highly appreciated by my taste buds. My husband and I will find time to sit at this bar for tasteful moment a day to remember. Thank you, definitely made up for the bad experience at RH Rooftop

A wonderful meal with great service and lovely ambiance. Best New England oysters we've had in FL in a long time and perfectly shucked. Looking forward to returning!
