Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    The lounge with the live music and Ashley our server made our experience very enjoyable. The food and drinks were on point. I highly recommend Eddie Vs.

    It was the best experience! Everyone was positive, polite, and went out of their way to provide the experience I was looking for. Our server, Kelim, went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delightful. The portion sizes were perfect and the salad and main dishes were fabulous. Even my desert was an experience, a table-side flambé bananas foster. I would both highly recommend them and plan to go back.

    Our wait staff was awesome. She did an amazing job with service and explaining any questions we had. She is an asset to Eddie V’s.

    Definitely 5 stars!! Absolutely no complaints. The food, the service, attention to details, ambiance, friendly staff, amazing manager, decor etc all above and beyond!!! Our waiter was James and manager was Graham and both truly went above and beyond! Another table accidentally took our leftovers. We informed James who informed Graham. Not only were we gifted a gift card for future use but they prepared new meals for us to go!!!! We were blown away!!! We just went for the food but we received an experience and memories. Worth every single penny for sure.
