Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. This was the best atmosphere and customer service vibe food..I will definitely continue to come back..Thank you for Making my Wife birthday special too..Best Restaurant in Cherry Hill..Those others around have no chance..

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the Cherry Hill location, the food and service was excellent and the portions were good, sharable sides… we opted for lobster mashed potatoes, and crab fried rice… both items were prepared well. The drinks were tasty ad satisfying.. although this is a special event restaurant and not for your average dining experience, it’s not for the frugal dining experience!.. But I will return for special engagements.

Wow! This was our first visit to Eddie V’s! It was a great night. We had a 5 star server. Thank you Leigh. Leigh was attentive, helpful and personable. Our meals were delicious.

Fabulous as always the crab cakes are incredible so much crab no filler. The steak tartar was very tasty as were the jumbo stuffed gulf shrimp the crab fried rice and the Chilean sea bass The bananas foster butter cake was exceptionally delicious and worth every calorie. Wine selection is also very good. Service by Semaj was top notch. Thanks for a memorable experience

Our service was exceptional, and the ambiance was beautiful. We loved the live jazz music. Oysters were very good. We did not care for lobster tacos nor the steak tartare. The tortilla on taco was flimsy and lacking flavor. Steak tartar was very bland. My husband ordered the rib eye topped with crab meat and bearnaise sauce. Steak was cooked inconsistently, ordered medium rare. Medium on one side and medium rare on the other. Steak arrived at the table room temperature, not warm. The sauce arrived late to the table and tasted bitter as if made with old cream. Crab meat was not lump crab, and it appeared to be from can. Ceasar salad was ok, a little bland without olive tamponade (I asked for olives to be held because I dislike them very much). Burrata and beet salad was enjoyed by other members of the party. Chilean sea bass was a huge letdown. Fish had no flavor, served over salty soy broth, which did not accompany the fish well. Spinach was so salty in the soy broth. It was outrageous to charge $53 for maybe 3 oz of fish. "Stunning steaming tableside reveal" it was not. Crab stuffed Jumbo gulf shrimp added on for $22 for 2 shrimp were tasty. Other members of the party thoroughly enjoyed their meals. They both enjoyed their bone in rib eyes. Blue cheese crust added to one and parmesan and horesradish crust to the other. Both my husband and I agreed crusts were flavorful; however, they were way too rich for our palates. Bananas foster and lemon tarte were devoured. I would definitely like to come back to sit at the bar for happy hour. I loved the ambiance, service, and live music. In my opinion, food is way overpriced. Unfortunately, Eddie V's did not live up to the hype.

Overall a great dinner, only went because I had a gift card. However we eat out a lot in all price ranges, Eddie V’s is one of the most expensive places. The lamb chops were good and a good price, but the shrimp with crab was not. The 4 shrimp were wayyyyy too small and not worth the price. I should have gotten the salmon but I asked the waitress and she said the shrimp were huge so I went with that. They were medium to large and for the price should have been at least jumbo or colossal in my opinion. The sides were okay, got asparagus and regular mashed potatoes, but the mashed was a bit underwhelming in size and taste. Got crème brûlée it was okay and a small size. Service was good but the same as going to any other nice place nothing exceptional. The drinks were expensive but good. We probably would not go back, sorry..
