Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Another consistently great experience at Eddie V’s. Our meals were prepared as ordered and everything tasted terrific. Service was very good, but they could have checked on us a little more often to refill waters, etc.

    Our server was absolutely amazing she was very attentive made sure we were aware of all our options. We didn’t have to ask for anything she made we have everything we needed to enjoy our visit

    Very disappointed! I used to regard this restaurant as one of the best in the area. But last night changed that for me. Our server was very nice and professional so it was not her fault for my change of opinion. . My steak was ill prepared almost raw. I asked for medium. They took it back, it took a long time. It came back charred on the outside, rare in the middle. I never got to eat it. They did take it off my bill but I was just so frustrated with this experience. We asked two people for more bread and they did nothing to help us. Our server brought more bread after asking g her to but she was very busy and that’s why we asked other employees to get it. I wanted a baked potato but the only one they had was 85 dollars because it contained caviar. Who gets an 85 dollar baked potato? So sadly I cannot recommend this restaurant going forward.

    Food excellent only gave 3 stars because I was disappointed in service. Asked for remaining portion of dinner to be boxed. This morning open bag portions of food missing, medallion filet and crab which I had only tasted because of appetizers. I have dined at this restaurant and the one in Palm Springs several times first time it was a miss for me.
