Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Food was fire I had the rib eye steak , truffle mac , lamb chops , lobster tacos , and mashed potatoes all fire !!!

I have been to Eddie’s V’s on multiple occasions. I have never had a bad experience until last night. It was Valentine Day and l had reservations. Let’s start off with I didn’t care for the small room with only five tables, I felt that we were excluded from the entire resturant. The service from our server was outstanding! Our food arrives and the crab fried rice was cool, not hot at all. The rest of our food was hot. I did not send the rice back because the rest of our food would have gotten cold and w3e would have been waiting again. For it to be a special date night and spending $400 that night, I was a little disappointed.

José killed it with us. Love to get him again as a server. Loved their manager too! They made our early valentines date a huge success !!
