Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    I ordered a "medium" tenderloin steak and it arrived almost "well done". As I am not of the complaining type, I made no issue of the situation, and consumed excellent meat but not to my liking. Other folks with me ordered fish and had no problem.

    As a sales manager, I spend a lot of time with clients enjoying dinner and conversation. Most of the time the food is good, but not this time. It was spectacular. The yellowfin sashimi, while a touch spicy, was a great start that I would certainly recommend. The came the Lobster tacos. These were by far, the best appetizer I or anyone in my group have ever tasted. We all ordered steaks and one, a filet, arrived a little overcooked, our server had it replaced in just a short minutes and the replacement was picture perfect and delicious. This review would not be complete without a huge thank you to Valeria and her excellent recommendations and complete service throughout our dinner. I am looking forward to returning when I’m back in Ft Lauderdale.

    Best Restaurant for special occasions or just dining there makes it a special dinner. Robin our server was so friendly and attentive. She made us feel like valued diners. Robin had the caviar appetizer custom served to include vegetable slices along with the blinis. The steak tartar was a large portion for an appetizer and oh so freshly prepared at our table. The Caesar salad was perfect, tasty and just the right amount of dressing. The Chilean sea bass was amazing, so light and fresh. As it was our anniversary, we were greeted with a festive table, card and complimentary desert. All the servers were friendly, helpful and eager to help in any way.

    We always celebrate our birthdays and any special occasions here. It never disappoints. Danielle was our server again! She’s amazing! We had the filet mignon special with shrimp. The steak was cooked to perfection but the shrimp was on the salty side. The mash was excellent. W had an amazing time. Great music and ambience!
