Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Eddie V's was a great experience. Jose was the best waiter we have had at any restaurant in some time. He was attentive and was there for everything. It was my wife's birthday and they did her well. Out steaks were cooked to perfection. It was a great experience and will tell everyone this. Wish they had some more main dishes to pick from in all categories. Pictures on the site show some items that are not on the menu. Eddie V's and Jose made my wife's birthday a total success. We are really pleased.

    This place is exceptionally well run. Polished and professional staff. They hit every service point there is. Food was beautifully done. This review is from a 30 year restaurateur

    Sat at the bar - Hh drinks and food. Filet sliders yummy. Ordered dinner there - steak, salad and lobster tacos. All delicious and love the atmosphere.

    This is going to be short and sweet. I’ve reviewed Eddie V’s numerous times and it still Gets 5 starts. From the service, to the ambiance to the food. It doesn’t get any better than this. The cocktails are perfectly made and the Happy Hour specials are divine. We went for a birthday dinner and I’ll let the pictures tell you the tail! Kudos to the fabulous Danielle for making our experience that much more special. You’re amazing!! See you soon Eddie V’s!!
