Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

Great service and fairly priced. Atmosphere suits quiet dinner as well as a social bar area with attentive bar tenders and televisions for sporting events. Portions are on the larger side with a variety of menu choices. I’m a big fan of Eddie V’s.

Excellent service. Food was a little expensive for the quality but still one of the better dinners I’ve eaten in Denver. Will definitely return.

We had such a lovely anniversary dinner at Eddie V‘s. The service was impeccable. The food was very good although one of my steak medallions was overcooked, the music from the live band in the bar which we were hearing over the speakers was wonderful music. We really think we will go back and have dinner in the bar some evening and listen to the live music.

Third time there this year, 3rd time my steak was not prepared right. 2 times over cooked and last night under cooked. Shouldn’t be that hard to grill a steak to medium. Oysters were great , waitress did her best but she forgot our wine … I think they were just understaffed for sure a busy night .
