Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Consistency is always served at Eddie V’s from the moment you walk through the door. Service, food and atmosphere are the best in class. Thank you Brooklyn for your amazing service. You topped it off with an unexpected wonderfully delicious desert, Bananas Foster Butter Cake Flambe!!! Thank you for adding that special unexpected touch. You’re amazing!     We had a great evening at Eddie V’s celebrating a milestone birthday. Loren and staff were so attentive and it was just a fabulous experience from wine/cocktails to food to service!

    We loved out waiter, It was our first time at this restaurant and definitely our most memorable fine dining experience we’ve had our entire lifetime. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back!
