Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    It was very busy the day after thanksgiving, so maybe that was the problem. But our experience was not what you would expect in such a nice restaurant. We ordered drinks and an appetizer before dinner, appetizer came out first, it was very good hamachi. Then two of the 4 drinks came for our party of 4, the third came later, while we were still waiting for the 4th. she said, they ran out of Tito’s and had to re supply, understandable, then while waiting we ordered oysters and a glass of Rosé, Rosé came, but it was sparkling not still or what I wanted, she said, they didn’t have still Rosé any longer. Oysters came they were very cold and delicious, but still waiting for that Tito’s drink …. She did make it right by not charging us for the two drinks. We ordered dinner, it was very good. Fillet, lamp chops, rib eye and sea bass all good, cooked to temps. We were there almost 3 hrs. Our server was very sweet, but whole flow seemed off. Maybe we just hit a bad night. It’s a beautiful space, love the bar and live music, this is our 5th time dining there, just a little disappointed.

    Nice Thanksgiving dinner as usual; however, odd plating of food this year - ice cream scoop to plat food was obvious.

    We were there for Thanksgiving. Excellent experience all around. Our server, Lauren, was attentive but did not hurry us. Food is always very well prepared.

    Food was excellent, as usual. Only reason for not choosing all star rating is that our entrees were just warm, at best. This is probably due to us getting the fixed menu Thanksgiving entree which just wasn’t kept hot or warm. Service was though outstanding and wine selection terrific too. We love this place and will be back.
