Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    We were just saying last night after we dined, we have never had a bad meal here. Quality is unmistakable, quantity is, well, on the abundant side, ( portions are too large, as is the case all across America). but our waitress, Aly, made the evening as enjoyable as ever! She was/is so professional with that sense of humor we love, she was attentive and gracious. Food was impeccable, as always. Parmesan crusted sole-yum!, calamari-outstanding! Steaks- delectable! Overall, great meal, a bit pricey, but well worth it on the occasional celebration 🎉

    We had to wait a significant amount of time for our table. The manager was kind to us by treating us to a glass of Prosecco. The food quality was outstanding as always.

    First class signing and service experience with Alaina. I don’t know how they do it, but even when the restaurant gets really busy the acoustics are so good that it feels like we are the only two people in the restaurant.

    Very poor check in, waited for 15 min past reservation time, few parties got seated first even though they arrived after us, no one ever checked in or updated us on the status of the table. Other than that: Great food Great table service They should also work on making their servers and bass boys slowing down around customers, it looks like race between tables.

    Not great the whole atmosphere has changed here from the last time we dined, very busy too busy too many people, and disorganized and felt tired the staff seems nice but really was overwhelming there so not too enjoyable
