Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Party of 6. Everyone said the meal they had was the best they ever had. We had steaks, chillean seabass, scallops, lobster, shrimp, salads, soups, crab cakes, crab fried rice, brussels sprouts, banana flambe, etc. The star of the show was Alfredo, our waiter, he was amazing! We are definitely asking for Alfredo next time. He treated us like we were his only table and we dined like kings. We have been to the Eddie V's in Ft. Lauderdale and both are amazing. We love the KOP ambiance, and with our friends, and Alfredo, it was a night to remember for all time.

    Alfredo is one of my favorite waiters ever!! He treats you like family and ensures you're well taken care of. My husband, children and I enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday at Eddie Vs. The salmon, lamb chops and even the stuff shrimp were phenomenal. We haven't had anything bad so far and will continue to celebrate our special moments at one of our favorite resteraunts. Highly recommend!

    Matthew was amazing!! I recommend the 10 ounce filet mignon with the lobster tail. It was simply delicious and oh my God the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream to die for.

    We had the opportunity to bring in the New Year with friends and family and we had another amazing experience! Thanks to our waitress for being so kind and for the great service! We’ll be back!

    After 45 minutes after checking in for my reservation I still wasn’t seated.The table I asked for and was told we would be getting was given to another party.We were offered another table in another part of the restaurant that we didn’t want.Again we had to wait for another table to open where we originally asked for.

    The food was phenomenal! This was our first time here but definitely won't be our last. Our waitress, Allie, was a delight. A wonderful evening!

    Server, and aesthetic was unmatched. Crab fried was bland, as well as the crab cake. Lamb cooked to perfection. My cocktail amazing as well.

    Regan was our server and she was efficient and phenomenal! One of the kindest and best servers I’ve ever been served by. Eddie v’s is lucky to have her as an employee. We got the steak tartare and calamari for appetizers. Entrees were crab jumbo shrimp and Hong Kong sea bass . Cocktails and wine were perfection!
