Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

Our waiter Taylor was excellent! Helpful in selections and super friendly! The food was delicious and the seafood fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend for a lovely non kitschy dinner downtown.

There were 3 of us eating dinner. My son and I had the 10 oz filet and it was good. Not a lit if flavor but cooked properly. My wife had the scallops and they were bad. She said they tasted funny and had an odd smell. I told our server thinking he was going to adjust our bill accordingly, but he did not. Very disappointed

The ambience, food,wine, and service was amazing. The sea bass was a delight. We will definitely be back to our new fave Nashville restaurant.

Came here for my significant others birthday. Nothing's perfect but this experience was very close to it! The service was impeccable and the food was just as good! They even accommodated me for bringing a cake the day before, and kept it a surprise. Eddie V's has created an experience that we will never forget! Will definitely be back in the near future!

We had an amazing Christmas Eve dinner. Eddie V’s was superb. The food was phenomenal. Every bite was delicious! The service and ambiance were over the top. Lasting memories made.

Won’t do it again for a holiday. Second subpar holiday experience. They were backed up and we waited at least 25-30 minutes for our entree following soup/salad. We took the steaks home because we felt full by arrival. The crab taj accompanied the steak medallions was way too salty. The manager didn’t come by either which we are used to occurring. I understand it was Christmas Eve and the server was good which is why I didn’t complain at the time.

Christmas Eve at Eddie V’s was amazing! Jazz Trio was a great surprise. The lobster tail was melt in your mouth! Our server, Melody, was so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing service!
