Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

Service was great overall from the host to the downstairs bar tender to the servers upstairs. George was our server and he was great. Would ask for him next time we go. Food was delicious…we had Caesar salad, lobster bisque, steaks, lobster tail and desserts. All was great! No one was pretentious like you find at certain upscale steak and seafood houses. Would highly recommend Eddie V’s.

Excellent food and service. A bit loud but that’s just the way it is. Our server Ryan was outstanding and his recommendation of the Chilean sea bass was spot on. It was some of the best I have had anywhere in the world and compares to that at Nobu!

Awesome experience before a concert at Bridgestone. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was the perfect place. Shellfish tower was amazing. And the bananas fosters was the perfect dessert! Would definitely come back!

We chose to celebrate our 20th anniversary here and it was absolutely perfect!! They made us feel so welcome and celebrated and the food and drinks were delicious! Definitely go here to celebrate special occasions!!
