Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    I have eaten at other Eddie V's and the food is consistently excellent. This new restaurant in the chain was no exception. The service was pretty good - not excellent and the runners coming from the kitchen and bar often looked confused as to where they should take the food or drink. The remodeled restaurant from the prior space for me was just okay. Very dark and glitzy -just not my style. We would definitely go back though. Get the poached sea bass and the crab fried rice and add the rice to the sea bass broth - yum! Excellent oysters and a good variety.

    Very nice time Celebrated a 20th birthday day and they made it very special for the birthday girl. Waitress was super friendly and personable. Everything was delicious.

    The Hostess staff greeted us with in a very friendly manner. Dinner and music was great and our server Anasthasia was super friendly and proficient. This was my third time there and I will most certainly be back a lot !

    Absolutely amazing dinner! This is my new favorite! Great service, great menu, gorgeous decor, and live music flowing from the bar area on a Thursday night! Tables were spread out too which I like since you could have a private conversation. Gibson’s move over you have some competition !
