Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. NYE is quite hectic, so I expected some delays. I was a little disappointed that the wait for a reservation was 45 minutes beyond the time. I would’ve appreciated a heads up or a drink at the bar for that. That being said table staff was excellent. Everybody was polite, food as always was delicious and we had a wonderful time. We go there often and will continue to enjoy the restaurant. Happy new year.

I went there for dinner Monday and Matthew was such a delight. Service was great and the drinks and food were amazing. Highly recommend.

Dining at your establishment is always a pleasure. Staff goes above and beyond for you. Was celebrating our anniversary had and early dinner reservation at our fabulous table, which was set up beautifully. We ordered few dish’s Oysters, Sashimi, and Tuna Tartare everything was delicious. Filet mignon was so tender with the lobster tails. My Jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab with my Cesar salad was sensational.

Eddie V's is a chain that I have enjoyed in a handful of cities across the country. This is a newer one in Paramus that has the same great build out and ambiance. We were fortunate to have live music over near the bar where we enjoyed appetizers (Tuna Tartare, Lobster Bites and Calamari) with some family in from California.Then we moved over to the quieter main dining area for our double date. My wife and I enjoyed our Sea Bass main entree with a side of crab fried rice. Overall, another pleasant dining experience at Eddie V's! Would highly recommend a visit, especially if you are a seafood lover like we are!
