Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

I had a great dinner experience with Kathy! She was very nice and attentive. Food all came out amazing and my favorite part was the Lamb Chops :)

I took my Daughter to Eddie Vs to celebrate her Birthday, The experience was world class! Excellent service, food , and ambience. Hats off to the entire Venue.

We had Vanessa as a server and it was one of the best dining experiences as far as service goes, I have ever had in Bergen county. We are local, so will definitely come back. The service here is top notch. The menu is amazing, had the caviar and yellowtail sashimi. Can’t wait to return.

Previous visits were amazing so quite disappointed this time. Did not receive bread and asked waitress for it and she gave us a hard time as if we had gotten it. Receipt showed champagne toast yet we didn’t receive. Food took extremely long time to receive. Also initial interaction with waitress took a long time. We also had reservations and there was no table available so after some time they seated us in lounge.
