Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    First time there. We usually go to capital grille, bobs etc. I had the best steak ever. Scallops were great as well. They birthday dessert surprise was very appreciated and fantastic as well. All in all 5 star!!!

    Waiter was a little slow and the environment was slightly noisy for a business meeting. But a good overall vibe and food. It would be nice if they could offer a couple of choices on NA beer instead of the flavorless lazy choice of Heineken 0.0. There are countless options. Craft mocktails would be a nice touch.

    Super good food. Our server pepe was amazing super sweet and very knowledgeable. The espresso martini and the salmon was amazing. Would definitely recommend him and the food here.

    LOVE the restaurant but we come to Happy Hour and sit at “our” reserved high top A LOT. My Husband and I LOVE Brad… the BEST‼️‼️‼️

    Fabulous meal...the Ahi tuna entree was very good...the surf & turf (10oz filet and lobster tail) was outstanding and reasonable...the yellowtail sashimi was great but too much Ponzu sauce...ask for the Ponzu on the side an use just a very little for excellence!!

    Our waitress Tiffany was the best. Very educated and very respectful and informative. All her recommendations were perfect. Everything was tasty.
