Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    We had an anniversary dinner. The table came with a rose & and an anniversary greeting card, with little hearts around the table . It was pretty. The dinner was wonderful. We had the tower, the scallops and lump crab fried rice. They were all wonderful, & for our anniversary they gave us a complementary trio dessert of banana rum cake ice cream & chocolate cookies. It was sooo yummy, especially the crab fried rice. Overall , it was a 10 for us. Thanks to our waiter Troy. He was very attentive t our needs.

    Great Birthday dinner for my daughter on a very busy Thursday night. Had a little kitchen snafu on getting the appetizers out and the manager came over and not only comped the apps, she gave us a free bottle of wine! She came by a few other times throughout to make sure all was good. Both my SIL and I think they have the Best Smoked Old Fashions in Dallas area! Luis our waiter was on top of it most of the night and made sure that any allergy issues were addressed! Great job by all!

    Excellent food and service. The Oysters were incredibly fresh. The Lamb chops and the potato au gratin were one on the best we have ever had. Prices were high but totally worth it. The place was packed on a Tuesday night!!

    We have enjoyed Eddie V's multiple times including 3rd annual birthday dinner for my teenager. The service has always set the restaurant apart from other steakhouses. This visit was no exception, our waiter Khalil was 12/10! He paid attention to every detail. He made sure my dad's beer glass was never empty. He timed the food delivery just right. When there wasn't enough foam on my mom's espresso martini, he brought her another glass just with the foam. He split the birthday dessert into 3 small plates for the table. He is a gem! Also, Sophie behind the bar is amazing! She always treats us extra special when we are there! We love Eddie Vs!

    The best dining experience we have ever had. Edgar our waiter was simply amazing with his suggestions on the menu and incredible birthday experience for my wife. We had the Sea Bass and Filet for meals. The Sea Bass was very good with an excellent sauce. The Filet was good as well. Skip the appetizer if you must as you have to have the banana fosters as it was the food highlight of the meal. Overall Edgar made this a very special meal that we will not soon forget.
