Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

This was our first experience at Eddie V’s and it did not disappoint!! The food was excellent and our server Khalil was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary and they made everything beautiful and I’m coming back in February to celebrate my birthday with our server😉

Nicely designed and appointed interior Parts of the meal were very good, steak and scallops, others less so, caesar salad and mashed potatoes. Good wine selection but $$$

Decor is comfortable and opulant at the same time. Food was outstanding with the best crabcakes anywhere. The Lobster mac n cheese was off the charts. All entres brought rave reviews. Finally, and not least but for emphasis, was our server, Pepe. Most gracious and attentive I can recall making everyone's experience outstanding. We'll definitely be back and soon.

We went there to celebrate three December birthdays. Our waiter and service was excellent, they wished us happy birthday. The food was delicious, warm, and there was many options to choose from. The reason for the three stars was due to a lady manager who came around our area asking every table how they are doing and what they are celebrating and purposely skipped over us. She didn’t even say Hi or acknowledge that we were there. There was 7 of us with 3 adults and 4 children. It felt like discrimination and my teenagers noticed it as well. I am not sure if we will return to celebrate with Eddie V’s.

Had a 730 reservation, did not get seated until 750. Apparently they were seating walk-ins ahead of reservations, essentially turning reservations into a waiting list. Poor management.
