Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic creative cocktails and enjoy signature appetizers.

    our experience was all around pleasant and the timing of all our orders from drinks appetizers to meal and dessert was deliveredwith pleasant smiles and quiet ease. The espresso martini was especially a fabulous beginning to good table conversations!

    The sea bass was delicious. We were on our way to a concert and our server did a great job with quick service and recommendations.

    Very pricey with great service for our party of four. Creative cocktails, very good food and classy ambiance. Not our first visit to one of their restaurants and this Newport Beach location does not disappoint. Bring your Platinum credit card....it's expensive! (EX: the side of grilled asparagus at $15 was more than a Hendricks on the rocks at $14.)

    As always- the food was great. Had the crab fried rice for the first time- and it was phenomenal! I can always count on a good dinner here

    The service was impeccable, and the food is delicious, which started with a selection of oysters which were mouthwatering, and then we continued on with the lobster bisque soup for main meals. We had the Chilean Seabass covered with crab and on the bed of asparagus along with the lamb chops that were cooked to perfection at medium, our drinks were wonderfully prepared and delicious. We will be back in the near future.

    Eddie V’s was wonderful to my significant other and I’s 5th year anniversary. I highly recommend them although I know they don’t need any further recommendations. We’re thankful for their hospitality.

    Eddie Vs has become my favorite restaurant for a fine dining experience. The atmosphere, great bar and wine list, extensive menu, fantastic kitchen staff and friendly wait staff. A special shout out to Brian Lapierre.

    Had Thanksgiving dinner here. Excellent quality and portion of food a good size. Added enhancement meaning along with turkey dinners one of us ordered a lobster tail and the other ordered two crab stuffed shrimp. Best thing about these extras is the crab. The lobster didn't have much flavor and the shrimp were a bit overcooked but crab was really good. Would order it by itself as a side. Server Amber was great, answered all our questions and attentive. Very busy place in evening. Tables a bit small for two. Lively bar. A bit noisy on this busy night. Will come back to try some other dishes.
