Raised in Barcelona, Chef Oscar Amador Edo was exposed to Catalonia’s rich cusine from an early age. Located on the Mideterranean coast, the region offers a generous and varied selection of ingredient options, allowing imaginative results. Our approach offers classic recipes with modern and avant-garde techniques. We did the tasting menu, was good but not great. We were rushed. Our plate wasn’t even empty when they would bring the next tasting menu item to the table. When we did actually finish the item, they’d be around to pick up fur plate immediately, I mean we’d still be chewing our food and they’d have the next plate in our table. I prefer their sister location for both food and ambiance. Probably won’t go back.

EDO is a gastronomic delight. Our party of six enjoyed the tasting menu which covered a range of taste sensations. Particularly noteworthy were the Arroz a la Cubana - the quail egg on crunchy rice was dreamy; the Wagyu steak was worth the $10 upcharge and the rice pudding desert that I really enjoyed especially since I don’t like rice pudding. The 8 course meal was consumed over two hours and at no time did we feel rushed. The wait staff were attentive and knowledgeable but not intrusive. This restaurant is worth the trip if you are staying on the Strip while in Las Vegas.

We were about to leave when we pulled into the lot and saw the restaurant from the exterior… thought we were given the wrong info but am I glad I opened the door and spoke to the nice gentleman there…. What a very pleasant surprise this was! A truly unique and exquisitely prepared small dish dinner guided by the wait staff and we were not disappointed! With its Spanish influence, each dish was a surprising bite of lusciousness! There were flavors I’ve never tried and if back in the area we’d go again and try more!

We ordered the tasting menu. The dipping sauces for the bread were outstanding. The seafood dishes were excellent. The meat dishes were good, but not as outstanding as the other dishes. Specifically, we had expected the pork cheeks to be a little more tender, and the chicken to be covered by more of the delicious sauce. Overall, we still give them a 5 because it’s great value for a tasting menu.

Everything was delicious. We did the chef tasting menu and added on extras. Bread was good. Scallops were fresh. Arroz a la Cubana was delicious. Waygu steak was good but I personally preferred pork cheeks.

First time. Saw on Instagram or something like that. It lives up to the hype. Tasting menu was great. So many course and each one better than the last. Would recommend!

A really nice surprise from a place that we picked almost randomly. We almost turned around as there is no light visible from the outside, but we were glad we didn't. EDO is very small, only a few tables, which adds a dimension of coziness. The staff is VERY attentive and interactive, including the Chef who checked from time to time with the waiting staff to gather reactions to the dishes he served. We gave him a thumb up, which was rewarded by him visiting our table and offering a dessert that was not on the menu (amazing Spanish cake with whiskey). If you want to find a place where you can hear yourself speak, with friendly staff, and superior cuisine, look no further.
