   Our reservations were honored and the service was exceptional. The food was good - I had salmon with berde sauce - very good As well as thr mushrooms. The boys had 1/2 ribs 1/2 chicken. Mac and cheese was awesome. Boys say ribs were just ok. Old fashion and manhattens were nice. Overall a good experience in Edwards.

   Jim and Noah have another winner on their hands. They consistently create exceptional dinning establishments in the vail valley. Edz is no exception. Excellent food, great service and reasonable pricing. Well done!

   Nice casual spot in Edwards. Burgers were great. My wife loved the butternut squash. I had the fried walleye, was good. Service was excellent and relaxed atmosphere.
