I visited on Friday night after having had great service on a Sunday lunch time twice but despite the Friday night being so quiet the service and food was shockingly bad. Four out of eight of us got a refund on our meals because they were all over cooked.

Staff were very unwelcoming and left us for ages.drinks took ages and were cold.menu change is VERY disappointing.been to shop many times but won’t go back now unfortunately

It was the only place you could book a table other than Selfridges as that for afternoon tea! The cake display was as good the other places - the difference with this place you had to do it all on line ( no one took your order) and pay for it on line - unfortunately the tablet does not always take the card payments ! It was a first experience of doing this ( little concern you have to lay your card on the tablet) otherwise it was good ( busy) The Mocha was lovely !

Quite run down, not the prettiest one. Called 3 times to amend booking - no reference to previous convos. Finally amended on open table after booking. Drinks served after food, had to chase. Nearly got served someone else's drinks straight after.

The food was average but the place itself was quite dirty and looked in need of some love. Service was also slow even though we had booked a table

We had a lovely experience at El&N at Brompton Road. Dave was super helpful and the team was very accommodating when we asked to move to a more private area, as we were celebrating a special occasion. The food was delicious too!
