El Carlos Elegante is a Mexican-inspired eatery that is open for dinner service and showcases beloved Latin cooking traditions through the chef team’s talent and creativity.     Absolutely incredible experience! We had wonderful service, a complementary glass of chanpagne for our anniversary, and an absolutely stellar meal! I suggest getting the set menu, comes with on and off menu items. Will definitely be coming back. Made our anniversary so so special!

    Our experience was amazing. If you try anything make it the surf and turf Tacos! Fantastic! They made my birthday extra special. This franchise of restaurants is by far one of the best in the DFW. Definitely worth a Michelin star nomination. - Cat

    We love El Carlos!! The food is amazing, the decor en point, but even better is the service! Every person is so attentive and thoughtful, and they really make you feel like you’re being taken care of. More than anything, the service is why I come back again and again, and love to share this gem with family, friends, and colleagues.

    Deliciously curated menu. We had the squash, pork and halibut which were all delightful. Christi/Christine was exceptional.

    Such a great dinner! The staff had wonderful recommendations and explained the dishes and menu thoroughly. The carne asada was fantastic!
