El Taller provides a great way to try Michelin level quality and style at a great price point. The menu is perfect at presenting the right things and not over listing items. This is how you know there is dedication to each dish.

We dined the first night El Taller was open for dinner. The room is spare, but beautifully laid out. Our food and service was fabulous. El Taller is a terrific dining experience. The dining room was a little chilly, but that may be part of dining during the shakedown cruise. We will return.
