    Beautiful location, but you miss most of the sunset because of the mountain. Go to Manta at the Cape for THE VIEW and innovate and inspired cooking. The service and dishes at El Farallon were mediocre. There was a distinct “we don’t care if you are happy” vibe. Again, Manta is so much better! Don’t waste your time and money at El Farallon.

    overall a fantastic experience. Rated value low as they added an additional item to the bill which I paid for and have not heard back from them in regards to them reversing the charge.

    Beautiful, romantic place. Delicious food and you actually get more than you expect when you get there. Very pricey though, so be prepared, but worth the experience.

    It is a place if you would like to enjoy the scene (especially sunset) and grab a drink or two. Staff try hard and very friendly, but food is very average. Wrap up warm as there’s no patio heater and wind does pick up after dark.
